Marker System

Events Calendar
Persons who meet your security settings may view and post events to the calendar. The calendar is also integrated into your forums to ensure all your members are always informed of planned events. See an Example.

Forums / Boards
Your guild will have a board that is part of your web site. Our board software is powered by Blah, We have integrated it into the Guild Scribe system, when a user joins, there ID and Password is setup in the boards at the same time. More work is being done, so stay tuned.

Member Profiles
You can track information on up to 5 in-game characters per member. You decide what character information you wish to track (race, class, skills, ect.) and your members update their character profiles by the web page. Profiles also include other personal information such as e-mail, join date, recruitment record, biography area, portrait, office held, karma, medals, last visit day, and more. Push Pin Map
The pushpin map will allow members to click on a map image and leave their own pin where they click. Each pin turns into a link to it's owners information. Mouse-over or turn names On to see the owner's name. See an Example.

Time Charts
Your members enter their normal available times via their profile page. This information is then taken and displayed in an easy to read color coded chart. The chart is also broken down into days and hours of the day. See an Example.

Officers
You can create and delegate offices to your members. Offices are more than just a title, you can restrict access to specific web pages, features and forums by office. Some offices come with specific privileges such as assigning & remove medals, adjust karma ratings, editing & submitting news stories, message & event editing privileges, group title assignment, and push pins removal from the map.

Character Grouping
You can assign your member's sub-character to a character group (in-game persona entered in their profile). All security features can then be granted to a specific character group rather than just limiting restrictions by office. This grouping tool can also be useful to refine roster searches or to segment you entire roster.

An example use of this feature could be assigning characters to a group named Legion 1. You could then create a forum that only persons in Legion 1's character group would be able to view.

Karma System
The Karma system is a title reward system based on an accumulation of good deeds. As a member accumulates karma points their karma title will progress through a series of titles defined by you. Rewarding and/or deduction of karma points can be delegated to an office. See an Example.

Medals
Medals can be rewarded to a member's sub-character (in-game persona entered in their profile). Rewarding and/or deduction of Medals can be delegated to an office.

Title System
The Title system is based on an numerical (level) value of a member's sub-character (in-game persona entered in their profile). Members are sorted by this numerical value and then grouped accordingly. As this value increases the member will progress through a series of titles defined by you. See an Example.

Recruitment Tree
When a member joins, they select who is their sponsor/recruiter from a pull-down menu. This information is then used for the recruitment tree chart. See an Example

Activity Meter
Every member has an activity meter displayed by their username on the roster. A full meter is valued at 100 points. Each day a member fails to visit the guild page, their meter depletes by 5 points. After 20 days of not visiting the guild page, their meter will be completely empty. This is just another tool to help aid you in managing your member database. See an Example.

News Tools
You and members that meet your security settings can submit news articles. The News articles are self archiving. See an Example.

Image Gallery
You and members that meet your security settings can upload images (via the guild page) to your guilds image gallery. The images placed in the gallery are self archiving. See an Example.

Mass E-mailing
Use the management page to compose and send e-mail messages to all the members in your database.

Dynamic Roster
The roster is highly dynamic and can be set to display any of the sub-character information you track. See an Example.

File Manager
File Management is simple and easy with our web based tool. Upload, rename, delete, edit, create & delete directories and more. It can all be done easily and quickly without the need for external FTP programs. Log into the Management Page to see the File Manager in action.

Protected Pages
You can create pages in which viewing privileges are determined by office or character grouping.
